Cloth Diapers

I really like this site.  It has turned me on to the Gdiapers www.gdiapers.com and they are working well for us.  We are thinking that there may be a better and more green and economical use for the inserts.  Do you have any suggestions on this that may allow us to save money on diapers.  Have you tried using cloth diapers in the G's instead of the insert that they sell.  Would love your feedback, Thanks -AD

Hi Airplane Dad,
thanks for checking out my site and I am glad you have found gDiapers.  We love the gdiapers and use them in a couple different ways.  When we travel we use the flushable inserts so I don't have to bring home any dirty diapers.  When we are at home I use cloth diapers in the gDiaper covers.  I have a very affordable cloth diaper service that comes to my house and takes the dirty diapers (no rinsing) and leaves me clean diapers.  The price for this service is around $16 per week.  You can also buy cloth diapers and wash them yourself.  gDiapers recently came out with a new cloth insert that fits easily into the gDiaper covers so that is another option.

I hope this helps you.  I also want to congratulate you on thinking about Mother Earth when you are diapering your baby!
